Partners Behavioral Health & Companies (PBHC) is a mission-driven behavioral health organization focused on breaking barriers to mental health care by building sustainable, ethical systems that support accessible, person-centered behavioral health services and a strong workforce. PBHC operates as a multi-entity organization, with affiliated entities supporting administrative infrastructure, service delivery, and community-based initiatives. While employees may be hired under a specific entity, all staff operate within a shared organizational framework grounded in common values, coordinated systems, and clear accountability. Our History and Growth PBHC was established in response to the growing need for behavioral health organizations that balance access to care with operational stability and workforce support.
