What You’ll Do
Complete premium dog and cat grooms start-to-finish with calm, safe handling
Follow our service protocols and sanitation standards
Communicate clearly with teammates to keep the day running smoothly
Deliver consistent finishes our clients can trust
What You Bring
1.5+ years professional grooming (dogs and/or cats)
Portfolio showing clean lines, balanced breed trims, and coat health
Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
Coachable, growth-oriented attitude (we invest in training)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $22/hour (non-exempt)
Incentives: commission + performance bonuses
