Mackaben Hospitality Group is a family-owned and operated hospitality company with locations in Utah and Idaho. This job board features opportunities in the charming small towns of Hatch and Panguitch, Utah—just 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon, 50 minutes from Zion, and about 1.5 hours from more than ten national parks, scenic areas, and national monuments. Our Hatch properties include 24 luxury-style cabins and rooms, a full-service bar and restaurant, and a coffee shop spread throughout the town. Our newest property, Sevier Coffee Co. 2 in Panguitch, will operate year-round as a specialty coffee shop. Most of our properties are open seasonally from May through October, and we are now hiring for the Summer 2026 season.
