Mountain Ridge Cabins and Lodging is situated in the quaint small town of Hatch, Utah. We are located 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon, 50 minutes to Zion, and 1.5 hours away from 10+ national parks, scenic areas, and national monuments. We are a family-owned and operated property that includes 24 luxury style cabins/rooms, A full-service bar/restaurant, and a coffee shop spread through the quaint town of Hatch.  Our properties are open seasonally from May through October and are immediately recruiting for the Summer 2026 season. Enjoy kayaking on Sevier River, hiking or biking through the red rocks, forests, or sand dunes, or take advantage of many nearby activities. About Us:

The Outlaw Saloon is a family-owned and operated full-service bar and steakhouse. We're currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join us for the upcoming season! This exciting seasonal position runs from mid-April through October.

Position Details:

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing regular stock takes and placing orders as needed.
• Handling deliveries and maintaining the integrity of food and beverage storage.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff and managing salad prep stations.
• Enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Overseeing the dining area while ensuring excellent service for patrons.
• Preparing drinks and cocktails with skill.
• Serving as both a bartender and server during shifts.
• Monitoring and servicing the bar area along with up to 10 tables.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar, restrooms, and dining areas.
• Assisting with any other tasks required in our fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in bartending.
• Language: Proficient in English.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to obtain food handlers and TIPS certification.
