If you are a creative thinker who is energized by results, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As an Organic Social Strategist, you will own organic social for a portfolio of client accounts, from content planning and copywriting through publishing, community engagement, and monthly reporting. You will partner with account leads, designers, video creators, and our paid social and channel teams, and you will lead day-to-day organic social conversations with clients on smaller accounts. Success looks like accurate, on-time calendars, reporting that ties performance to each client’s goals, and well-chosen tests that keep each brand current as platforms change. The work moves quickly across multiple accounts and deadlines, so strong organization and clear communication matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Own organic social calendars for assigned accounts: plan content themes, write and edit copy, coordinate assets and approvals, schedule posts, and check every detail before publishing.
  • Adapt content to the platforms and audiences in each client’s scope, including carousels, Stories, short-form video, and new formats as platforms release them.
  • Partner with designers and video creators through clear briefs, constructive feedback, and final QA.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement and social listening where included in scope. Respond in the brand voice, identify recurring questions and sentiment, and escalate sensitive or high-risk issues promptly.
  • Lead routine organic social work and client conversations for smaller accounts, sharing calendar rationale, status updates, performance findings, and recommendations. Collaborate with account leads on priorities and larger decisions.
  • Compile and analyze platform and social management data for monthly reports. Explain what performed, why it may have worked, and what to test or change next in relation to each client’s goals.
  • Monitor platform changes, audience behavior, competitor activity, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends. Recommend selective tests that fit each client’s brand and objectives, then share what you learn.
  • Work with account, creative, paid social, and other channel teammates to align messaging and share organic insights. Keep tasks, tagging, files, and handoffs organized, and communicate timeline changes early.

  • 3+ years of social media marketing or content development experience for B2C, B2B, or eCommerce brands
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent experience

  • Ability to identify target audience preferences and build content that meets them
  • A strong grasp of how social and digital content trends have evolved and where they are heading
  • Analytical skills to pull insight from platform data, build clear reports, and plan next steps across multiple marketing channels, including working knowledge of Google Analytics web traffic metrics
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams
  • Strong time management and organization, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects under tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative
  • Familiarity with visual and short-form video workflows and tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut. Basic editing or design skills are useful, but dedicated production expertise is not required.
