About the Role
If you're a senior paid social strategist who's tired of executing someone else's strategy and ready to build your own, this role was made for you.
As a Lead Paid Social Strategist at ZGM, you'll own a portfolio of complex client accounts across both lead generation and eCommerce brands, including clients of our sister agency CAKE Commerce. You'll develop the strategy, lead the client relationships, and be accountable for real business outcomes: revenue growth, ROAS, customer acquisition, and long-term profitability.
This role includes real creative responsibility. You'll use audience insight and performance data to shape messaging, hooks, and content ideas that improve how the media performs.
Our Paid and Organic Social teams operate as one integrated unit, working alongside content, community, and influencer colleagues. The result is a collaborative environment where your strategic thinking shapes the full picture, not just one slice of it.
