About the Role

This role owns our clients' Amazon presence across advertising, product listings, Storefronts, and A+ Content for a rotating set of accounts. You'll work closely with our paid media, strategy, account, and creative teams, stepping in wherever an active project needs a hands-on Amazon expert. Success means healthy, well-run accounts: campaigns that hit their ROAS and sales targets, listings and Storefronts that convert, and clear recommendations the team can act on. This is a flexible, project-based contract, so the work scales up and down with client needs. It is a good fit for someone who likes variety and can work independently.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, including keyword and targeting research, bids, budgets, and campaign structure.
  • Monitor advertising performance and improve ROAS, sales, and efficiency, and turn results into clear insights and recommendations for the team.
  • Create and optimize product listings, including titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, and imagery recommendations, and run keyword research to improve Amazon search visibility.
  • Support new product and variation launches, and troubleshoot listing issues, suppressions, and policy concerns in Seller Central.
  • Build and optimize Amazon Brand Storefronts and create or implement A+ and Enhanced Brand Content, working with internal creative on specs and direction.
  • Evaluate existing accounts, identify opportunities, and help shape Amazon strategy around each client's goals, budget, and marketplace maturity.
  • Support advertising audits and new client or account assessments as needed, and stay current on Amazon Ads capabilities, Seller Central updates, and policy changes.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts.
  • Experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Experience building or managing Amazon Brand Storefronts and A+ Content.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
  • Comfort troubleshooting listing, feed, policy, and account issues.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret advertising and sales performance.
  • Ability to work independently and own Amazon projects from initial setup through ongoing optimization.
  • Comfort working across multiple clients and adapting recommendations to different industries, budgets, and goals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon marketplace tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
  • Agency or multi-client experience managing several Amazon accounts, priorities, and deliverables at once.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with creative, paid media, and analytics teams.

Who Thrives Here

You show up real, do the hard work with your team, and take ownership of your part without waiting to be asked. You are curious enough to challenge the default, honest enough to name what is not working, and grounded enough to work through the tough moments without losing sight of the bigger picture. You care about progress over perfection and bring both creative energy and strategic thinking to everything you do. If you are energized by results, invested in the work, and want to be part of something that is genuinely building toward something bigger, you will find your people here.
