About the Role

The Account Manager owns day-to-day communication, delivery, and coordination across mid-sized accounts spanning 2–3 products or services. This role translates client goals into clear plans, connects tactical work to broader business outcomes, and serves as the primary point of contact for account-level communication and delivery. Success looks like proactive client communication, accurate budget pacing, and consistent, high-quality inputs into strategic reviews and QBRs.


What You’ll Do

  • Independently manage day-to-day communication, delivery, and coordination across mid-sized accounts (2–3 products/services)
  • Own timelines, deliverables, and pacing, and monitor budget and resource usage to support account health
  • Lead client communication with confidence, setting clear expectations and managing pushback professionally
  • Prepare inputs for monthly performance reviews and QBRs, connecting results to client goals and strategy
  • Analyze performance data across channels and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate across service lines to keep messaging, strategy, and execution consistent, with clear briefs and timelines
  • Identify risks or blockers early and escalate with context and proposed solutions
  • Support renewal and account growth by identifying opportunities and partnering with RevOps and senior team members
  • Follow documented processes and suggest improvements when workflows are unclear or inefficient
  • Build team connection through clear communication and shared knowledge, contributing to an inclusive, supportive team dynamic
  • Test new tools and workflows, sharing learnings that improve day-to-day efficiency


What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency and client-facing role
  • Experience independently managing small scopes or mid-sized client accounts
  • Strong understanding of how marketing channels work together to support business goals
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables


Nice to Have

  • Experience working across multiple service lines (SEO, Paid Media, Social, Email)
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
  • Prior experience supporting renewal or account growth conversations
