Twin City Properties is a locally owned property management company with more than 35 years of experience in the Bryan–College Station area. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and storage properties, all owned by Doug Pederson, a long-time local property owner and investor.

Description
Twin City Properties is a locally owned property management company serving Bryan and College Station. We manage residential and commercial properties, and we are a small team, so you will know everyone and your work will be noticed.
We need a dependable Porter to keep our properties clean, safe and looking sharp.
What you will do
- Maintain grounds and common areas, including trash pickup, debris removal and general upkeep
- Handle light landscaping, including mowing, trimming, edging and blowing
- Do light tree trimming
- Help our maintenance technicians with light maintenance tasks
- Spot problems around the properties and report them so they get fixed fast
This role does not include unit cleans.
What you will need
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Texas heat
- A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle (mileage is reimbursed for travel between properties)
- Comfort using trimmers, blowers and pole saws
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Grounds or landscaping experience is a plus
What we offer
- $15 to $17 per hour based on experience
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Health, dental and vision insurance
- Paid time off
- Mileage reimbursed between properties
