Twin City Properties is a locally owned property management company with more than 35 years of experience in the Bryan–College Station area. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and storage properties, all owned by Doug Pederson, a long-time local property owner and investor.
Our team is small, hands-on, and committed to excellence. We value trust, accountability, and initiative. We don't believe in micromanagement. We believe in hiring dependable people who take pride in their work.
