Description

Primary Function:

The Inventory Technician position is an entry-level position within the Qualla Enterprises, LLC organizational structure and is established to fulfill and manage product orders to and from the dispensary location. This position will monitor and manage warehouse space, verify incoming and outgoing orders, and ensure the accuracy of all inventory for the dispensary.


Reports to: Inventory Manager

Supervises: none

Pay Grade/FLSA Status: H7/Non-exempt


Qualifications:

·        Must be 21 years of age or older.

·        Must pass all required background checks.


Duties/Responsibilities:

·        Provide excellent customer service to patrons picking up orders.

·        Receive and dispense bulk orders from dispensary warehouse.

·        Verify the contents of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

·        Fill and deliver orders from warehouse inventory.

·        Manage warehouse stock and ensure accurate inventory counts.

·        Clean and maintain work areas as needed.

·        Assist with audits of inventory stock as needed.

·        Monitors inventory stock and reports any discrepancies to the Inventory Manager or management.

·        Assist with the implementation, management, and control of a planned perpetual inventory system.

·        Collaborate with farm employees and other staff to ensure that internal goals are met.

·        Ensure proper disposal and reporting of unsellable stock.

·        Other duties as assigned.

·        Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

·        Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

·        Must be proficient in the use of a computer, calculator, and related office equipment.

·        Must have the ability to read, perform research, produce, and interpret reports and data.

·        Must have the ability to prepare and maintain detailed files, records, logs, and reports.

·        Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.

·        Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

·        Ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines.


Physical Demands:

·        Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch.

·        Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

·        Must be able to utilize warehouse equipment, including but not limited to pallet jacks, ladders, box cutters, balers, etc.
