Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Group Sales & Partnership Manager to join our team at our Boston, MA location. In this on-site role, you will help us grow group bookings and build partnerships that bring more travelers through our doors. You will oversee and cultivate relationships with corporate and group clients to drive business growth. This is a hunter, self-starter role. You'll be reaching out to:

🎓 Universities, schools & youth travel programs

⚽ Sports teams & club travel coordinators

🌍 Tour operators & group travel companies

🏢 Corporate retreat & team offsite planners

You will develop strategic partnerships, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities to promote Meco Hotels. Key responsibilities include creating tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven B2B or hospitality sales experience
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and building from scratch
  • Strong communicator who can close a deal
  • Existing relationships in New England travel a plus
  • Experienced in Strategic Partnerships and forming long-lasting, mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Skilled in Account Management and Partnership development to nurture and expand client relationships.
  • Possesses strong Analytical Skills for market research, performance tracking, and generating insights for strategy improvement.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for client interaction, contract negotiation, and presenting partnership opportunities.
  • A results-driven approach with a proven track record in achieving sales and partnership goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with a focus on both individual and team success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field required.
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry and local market trends is a plus.


Note: This role can be full-time or part-time and is heavily commission-based.
