Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the initial point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.


Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and welcome guests in a professional manner

- Efficiently check guests in and out

- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously

- Assist guests with reservations and provide information on hotel services and amenities

- Operate the hotel switchboard, answer incoming calls, and direct calls to appropriate departments

- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area at all times

-Complete nightly audit report


Requirements:

- Previous experience in guest services or hotel management is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)

- Proficient in managing guest relations effectively and efficiently

- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel procedures
