Mountain Ridge Cabins and Lodging is situated in the quaint small town of Hatch, Utah. We are located 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon, 50 minutes to Zion, and 1.5 hours away from 10+ national parks, scenic areas, and national monuments. We are a family-owned and operated property that includes 24 luxury style cabins/rooms, A full-service bar/restaurant, and a coffee shop spread through the quaint town of Hatch.  Our properties are open seasonally from May through October and are immediately recruiting for the Summer 2026 season. Enjoy kayaking on Sevier River, hiking or biking through the red rocks, forests, or sand dunes, or take advantage of many nearby activities. Mountain Ridge Cabins and Lodging, a family-owned and operated business located just 25 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park and 50 minutes from Zion, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team for the summer season. Enjoy a rewarding work environment while exploring six national parks and monuments within 1.5 hours of our location!

Position Overview:

As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation by ensuring that our facilities are clean, orderly, and welcoming for our guests. This seasonal position runs from April through October and includes competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and optional employee housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean 8-12 guest rooms or cabins within an 8-hour shift.
• Perform various cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Inspect rooms to ensure that cleanliness meets company standards.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry efficiently and neatly.
• Notify management of any damages or maintenance issues.
• Address guest complaints and requests with professionalism.
• Check and restock consumables as necessary.
• Maintain common areas 
• Light yard work to assist in maintaining grounds.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high performance.
• Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Valid driver's license for driving a golf cart on-site.
