Home in Mind has established itself as a leader in the community for mobile OT services, addressing home accessibility needs, and equipping our clients with the skills needed to maximize independence at home. We are the only OT practice in the area offering skilled occupational therapy services on a mobile basis! We are a mobile outpatient clinic providing quality occupational therapy services and home safety and accessibility assessments in St. Augustine, FL and surrounding communities. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is client centered and occupation based who loves working with a wide population range with a goal to bring high quality rehab services to their home. Time and family are two things Home in Mind values and we want our therapists to be able to spend the time they need with their family, so flexible scheduling is allowed to make that happen. We do not work on holidays or evenings. Weekend shifts are available but are not required. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Home in Mind, a privately owned mobile OT practice. If you are passionate about helping others and providing high-quality care in the comfort of our clients' homes, then we want to hear from you!

As an Occupational Therapist with Home in Mind, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients to address their home accessibility needs and help them achieve independence in their daily activities. Our practice values client-centered and occupation-based therapy, and we are committed to providing the best possible care to each individual we work with.

We offer a flexible schedule that prioritizes work-life balance, with no weekend or holiday shifts required. You will have the freedom to choose your own hours and focus on providing personalized care to our clients. Additionally, we do not have productivity requirements or unrealistic patient visit quotas, allowing you to fully concentrate on your clients' needs.

To be successful in this role, you must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida, with at least 3 years of experience preferred. You should have experience working with clients in their homes, as well as with older adults and the neuro population. Certification in home accessibility, neuro rehab, cognitive rehab, and/or physical rehab is a plus.
