Home in Mind has established itself as a leader in the community for mobile OT services, addressing home accessibility needs, and equipping our clients with the skills needed to maximize independence at home. We are the only OT practice in the area offering skilled occupational therapy services on a mobile basis! We are a mobile outpatient clinic providing quality occupational therapy services and home safety and accessibility assessments in St. Augustine, FL and surrounding communities. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is client centered and occupation based who loves working with a wide population range with a goal to bring high quality rehab services to their home. Time and family are two things Home in Mind values and we want our therapists to be able to spend the time they need with their family, so flexible scheduling is allowed to make that happen. We do not work on holidays or evenings. Weekend shifts are available but are not required. Say goodbye to productivity requirements and unrealistic patient visit requirements and focus on your client!! Our client’s are our #1 priority!
