Job Title: Reiki Practitioner (Contractor)

Location: Plantsville, CT (In-Person)

Job Type: Contract | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

Overview

Healing Springs Wellness Center is seeking an experienced, skilled, and compassionate Reiki Practitioner to join our integrative wellness practice. This is a contractor role for someone who values holistic healing, flexibility, and working within a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Reiki sessions tailored to the client's needs
• Collaborate with therapists and wellness providers for coordinated care
• Participate in open houses, wellness events, and workshops as needed
• Create a safe, welcoming, and professional client experience

Schedule & Compensation

• Independent contractor position
• 60/40 revenue split
• Evening and weekend availability
• Flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Reiki practice experience
• Reiki Master certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Alignment with a holistic, integrative care approach
• Flexibility and reliability
