Healing Springs Wellness Center | Plantsville, CT (Hybrid)

Fee-for-Service | W-2 Position


Healing Springs Wellness Center is seeking a licensed mental health therapist who is passionate about culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and aligned with holistic, integrative healing. We are a sanctuary for personal growth and whole-person wellness, offering services such as EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, Reiki, expressive therapies, and wellness workshops.


Position Overview

This hybrid role includes both in-person and telehealth services. Therapists provide individual therapy and may also have opportunities to contribute to groups, workshops, and community outreach.


Schedule options include:

  • Part-Time: 20–24 billable hours per week
  • Full-Time: 25–35 billable hours per week
  • Minimum capacity of 20 clients weekly, including 2 evenings


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation
  • Utilize integrative and evidence-based approaches aligned with holistic care
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in supervision and team meetings
  • Participate in marketing, outreach, or community initiatives as appropriate
  • Uphold ethical, culturally responsive care


Qualifications

  • Connecticut license in good standing: LCSW and LPC required
  • LMSW and LPCA are considered with a supervision agreement
  • Fully licensed clinicians: minimum 2 years clinical experience
  • Masters-level clinicians: minimum 1-year clinical experience
  • Strong foundation in trauma-informed care
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
  • Reliable internet connection for telehealth
