Healing Springs Wellness Center is an integrative, culturally affirming mental health and wellness center dedicated to whole-person healing. Position Overview

This hybrid position includes both in-person and telehealth services.

Schedule Options

Part-Time

• 15–24 billable sessions per week

Full-Time

• 25–30 billable sessions per week

Requirements

• Minimum capacity of 15 client session weekly
• Availability for at least two evenings per week
• Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches
• Develop treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members
• Participate in supervision, consultation, and team meetings
• Maintain ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care

Qualifications

Required

• Connecticut LCSW or LPC

Associate Licensed Clinicians Considered

• LMSW
• LPCA

Preferred

• Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions
• EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic, or other trauma-focused training
• Interest in integrative and holistic approaches to healing

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

Fully Licensed Clinicians: $50–$55 per clinical session

Master's Level Clinicians: $40–$45 per clinical session
