Healing Springs Wellness Center is an integrative, culturally affirming mental health and wellness center dedicated to whole-person healing. We provide trauma-informed services including EMDR, somatic therapy, Reiki, massage, and wellness workshops. Location: Plantsville, Connecticut | Hybrid

Schedule: Part-time, 18–20 billable hours weekly, including two evenings

Compensation: $45-48 per billable hour | Fee-for-service

Employment: W-2, Non-Exempt

About the Role

We’re seeking a licensed therapist who values trauma-informed care, meaningful client connections, and a holistic approach to well-being. You’ll provide individual therapy through in-person and telehealth sessions, with opportunities to facilitate groups, lead workshops, and participate in community education.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personalized, culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy under clinical supervision.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in weekly supervision and apply feedback to strengthen your clinical skills.
• Maintain 18–20 billable hours weekly, including two evenings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support quality care and an inclusive team environment.

What You’ll Bring

• An active Connecticut LMSW or LPCA license in good standing.
• At least one year of clinical experience; outpatient experience preferred.
• A compassionate, client-centered approach and knowledge of trauma-informed care.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Openness to feedback, ongoing learning, and a holistic approach to wellness.
• Reliable internet and a private setting for telehealth sessions.

Preferred: Training or experience in EMDR or other trauma-focused treatment approaches.
