WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous salon assistant experience preferred
• A valid New Jersey cosmetology license
•  Confidence in blowouts or a willingness to strengthen that skill
•  Openness to feedback and coaching
•  A collaborative mindset and commitment to professionalism
