In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. - Assist with meal planning and preparation. - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment. - Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the care coordinator. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field. - Compassionate, patient, and reliable. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Must have a TB test, current physical, criminal background check, and child clearances.
