Job Description: We are accepting applications for dedicated and compassionate Homecare Providers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. - Assist with meal planning and preparation. - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment. - Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the care coordinator. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field. - Compassionate, patient, and reliable. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Must have a TB test, current physical, criminal background check, and child clearances.
