Dimensional Behavior Interventions is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized ABA therapy plans that promote skill development and independence for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as outlined in individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Accurately collect and record data during sessions
  • Support clients in reaching developmental and behavioral goals
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and team members
  • Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations (home, school, community)
