Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential. If you are a team player who thrives in dynamic settings and is committed to ethical, high-quality care, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
-Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients develop critical skills.
-Collaborate with families, schools, and team members to ensure consistent and effective intervention.
-Maintain accurate data collection and documentation.
-Foster a positive, supportive, and fun environment for clients to learn and grow.
Qualifications:
-Current RBT certification.
-Experience working with children with ASD (preferred).
-Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
