About CUT CLUB SEATTLE

Cut Club is a new modern steakhouse opening this summer adjacent to Hotel Max in downtown Seattle. Our dinner menu centers on prime cuts and an elevated raw bar, complemented by a full breakfast and lunch program and a lively happy hour. We started with a simple belief: the magic of fine dining shouldn't be reserved for special occasions. We're drawn to the craft of hospitality—the way thoughtful service and a well-prepared meal can turn an ordinary moment into something memorable. That belief shapes everything we do, and we're building a team who shares it.

$21.30–$23/hour + Tips  |  Full-Time & Part-Time  |  Front of House  |  Opening in August

Cut Club is a new modern steakhouse opening this summer adjacent to Hotel Max in downtown Seattle. Our dinner menu anchors around prime cuts and an elevated raw bar, with a full breakfast and lunch program and a lively happy hour. We're building our front of house team from the ground up and hiring across the floor — Server, Bartender, and Host. If you love making guests happy and want to help us build something special, we'd love to hear from you.

Now Hiring

Server — The primary point of contact between the guest and the restaurant, from the first greeting through the final farewell. Knowledgeable across the full food and beverage menu, and committed to delivering genuine hospitality at every stage of the meal.

Bartender — Delivers an exceptional experience to every guest at the bar through skilled drink execution and attentive service of the full food and beverage menu. Owns bar setup and breakdown on assigned shifts and supports accurate par and inventory awareness.

Host — The first and last impression of every guest's experience at Cut Club. Manages reservations, waitlists, and seating strategy, and doubles as active floor support to keep service moving.
