About CUT CLUB SEATTLE

Cut Club is a new modern steakhouse opening this summer adjacent to Hotel Max in downtown Seattle. Our dinner menu centers on prime cuts and an elevated raw bar, complemented by a full breakfast and lunch program and a lively happy hour. We started with a simple belief: the magic of fine dining shouldn't be reserved for special occasions. We're drawn to the craft of hospitality—the way thoughtful service and a well-prepared meal can turn an ordinary moment into something memorable. That belief shapes everything we do, and we're building a team who shares it.

Back of House Team

Cut Club (Seattle, WA)

$21.30–$23/hour + Tips  |  Full-Time & Part-Time  |  Back of House  |  Opening in August

Cut Club is a new modern steakhouse opening this summer adjacent to Hotel Max in downtown Seattle. Our dinner menu anchors around prime cuts and an elevated raw bar, with a full breakfast and lunch program and a lively happy hour. We're building our back of house team from the ground up and hiring across the kitchen — Lead Line Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook, and Dishwasher. If you take your craft seriously and want to help us build something special, we'd love to hear from you.

Now Hiring

Lead Line Cook — The senior cook on the line. Holds the standard when the Kitchen Manager isn't standing next to it, runs opening and closing with consistency, oversees daily prep, and sets the example for the rest of the line.

Line Cook — Responsible for consistent, accurate execution of menu items from an assigned station. The foundation of the kitchen — every plate leaving the station is correct, on time, and to standard.

Prep Cook — Responsible for accurate, timely prep that sets the line up to succeed. Breaks down deliveries, follows recipes and prep sheets, and keeps the line fully stocked before the first ticket drops. A clear path to Line Cook for the right person.

Dishwasher — One of the most important support roles in the kitchen. Keeps the dish station running, the kitchen clean and compliant, and service moving without delay. A clear path to Prep Cook for the right person.

What You'll Bring

  • Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred, though we're willing to train the right attitude for Dishwasher and Prep Cook roles
  • A calm, focused presence and the ability to keep pace under pressure
  • Attention to detail and pride in doing the work right, every time
  • Comfort following recipes, prep sheets, and portion standards precisely
  • Valid Food Handler's permit, or the ability to obtain one before starting
  • Reliable availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A team-first attitude — every position in this kitchen matters, and we're looking for people who treat it that way

Compensation & Benefits

  • $21.30–$23/hour, plus tips
  • Company Sponsored Medical, Dental & Vision insurance (available for full-time employees working 30+ hours/week)
  • Universal PTO — accrues at 1 hour per 40 hours worked; available to use after 90 days
  • Shift meal discount — 75% off menu items while working
  • Employee dining discount — 50% off your bill dining as a guest
