Baylight Behavioral Health LLC is a clinician-led ABA practice serving children with autism and related developmental needs across South Florida and Colorado. We provide in-home, school, and community-based applied behavior analysis built around each child's individual needs and each family's daily life. What makes us different is how we practice. • Weekly supervision is our standard. Not the minimum required — weekly. You will have consistent, scheduled BCBA supervision with in-person field support, not just remote check-ins.

Employment Type

This is a W-2 employee position. We do not offer 1099 or independent contractor arrangements. This protects you — workers' compensation coverage, employer-paid payroll taxes, and full legal employment protections.

What You'll Do

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in home, school, and community settings
• Collect and record accurate session data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction targets
• Support clients with activities of daily living
• Teach social, communication, and adaptive skills through both structured and naturalistic teaching opportunities
• Complete session documentation accurately and on time, in accordance with payer and clinical standards
• Safeguard protected health information in full compliance with HIPAA
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers and escalate clinical concerns to your supervising BCBA
• Participate in weekly supervision, competency assessments, and team collaboration

What You Need

Required:

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB — applications from candidates without active certification will not be considered
• Minimum 1 year of experience practicing as an RBT
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder
• Experience delivering home-based and community-based ABA services
• English fluency sufficient for clinical documentation, family communication, and team collaboration
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening in accordance with state and payer requirements
• Physical ability to participate in active play, sit on the floor, and respond to client movement in home and community settings
