Baylight Behavioral Health LLC
Baylight Behavioral Health LLC is a clinician-led ABA practice serving children with autism and related developmental needs across South Florida and Colorado. We provide in-home, school, and community-based applied behavior analysis built around each child's individual needs and each family's daily life. What makes us different is how we practice. We use a neurodiversity-affirming, blended approach — child-led and therapist-directed — designed to build meaningful skills in the settings where children actually live and learn. We are intentionally small and growing thoughtfully, which means families work directly with their clinician and staff are genuinely supported in the field. For our team, that translates into weekly BCBA supervision, paid onboarding and training, and a culture where RBTs are part of the clinical conversation rather than just carrying out the plan.
