INTRODUCING ARLA: Located on the top floor of 15 East Oak Street in the former Barneys New York Fred’s space, ARLA will explore seaside Mediterranean cuisine with refined Japanese influences in an elegant, transportive setting, reflecting the group’s signature design-forward approach. The menu, led by Chef/Partner Soo Ahn, is inspired by the layered flavors of the Mediterranean and refined Japanese techniques, anchored by fresh seafood, vibrant vegetarian dishes, live-fired hearth proteins, and curated sushi and raw bar selections.

           Primary Responsibilities:

·       Efficiently performing opening, closing, and deep cleaning duties. 

·       Participating in pre-shift meetings and actively engaging with the team, ensuring a present and attentive presence throughout

·       Clearly announcing important ingredients and allergens to guests when delivering beverages.

·       Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery beverages

·       Safely and responsibly using all provided tools and supplies

·       Confidently assisting with grills and cooking when necessary

·       Ensuring bar consumables are stocked and ready for use

·       Effectively communicating with guests, team and management.

·       Keeping service bar stocked, organized, and clean

·       Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar

·       Assisting teammates and providing exemplary service to guests

·       Consistent maintenance of acquired knowledge and skills of your position.
