Company Overview

The mission of Allied Development is to grow the legacy of landowners, communities, and builders by developing land that allows families to flourish.

We bring value to landowners by maximizing their opportunity while prioritizing their needs.

We bring value to local communities by turning their vision of growth into reality.

We bring value to the builders of America by creating prime projects for them to build.

We do this by uniting all parties in alignment to effectively execute successful real estate developments. We are successful when a project is completed and everyone wins.

Founded in Clackamas, Oregon, by real estate entrepreneur Cody Bjugan, Allied Development has grown into a nationally recognized company operating in more than 10 states across 23 major markets — and expanding.

Now headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, Allied leverages talent, technology, and strategic relationships to manage residential land development projects across the United States. With more than 20 years of experience, we have established a standard of excellence in land entitlement and development services provided to landowners, partners, builders, and internal team members.

To support the capital needs of our growing project pipeline, Allied Investments operates the Allied American Land Fund, a private investment vehicle that provides accredited investors with access to professionally managed land development opportunities. Through disciplined underwriting and active project management, the Fund allows investors to participate in the value creation process that defines Allied’s development model. Allied Development is the service provider for the Allied American Land Fund.

While land development can seem simple on the surface, our approach is rooted in creating aligned, win-win outcomes. We are intentional about structuring every project so that landowners, builders, communities, and investors succeed together.
