Founded in Clackamas, Oregon, by real estate entrepreneur Cody Bjugan, Allied Development has grown into a nationally recognized company focusing in over 10 states covering 23 major markets and expanding. Now headquartered in Scottsdale, our company leverages talent, technology, and relationships to manage successful residential land development projects across the United States. With a rich history of more than 20 years, we have established a standard of excellence in the land entitlement services we provide to all our stakeholders—including landowners, partners, builders, and internal team members. Although the basic concept of land development may appear straightforward, it is our commitment to ensuring each unique property is developed to its best and highest potential that sets Allied Development apart.
