Why This Role

Examples of the kinds of pathways projects our team has engaged in include building the capacity of state- and regional-level intermediary organizations, providing strategic advising to state agencies on topics such as work-based learning and career navigation, and facilitating strategic planning processes for cross-sector teams of regional pathways leaders. In addition to project leadership, your day-to-day work will include activities like leading coaching conversations with state and local leaders, developing tools and resources to support the field, and planning and facilitating national convenings and state- and regional-level strategic planning sessions.
