About REACH Through Education
REACH Through Education is a Houston-based executive function coaching company serving K-12 students across the Greater Houston area, in person and online, in English and Spanish. Founded by educator Sharon Medina, REACH helps students build the skills behind following through, including emotional regulation, working memory, goal setting, organizing and prioritizing, and flexible thinking. Our coaching is personalized, play-based, and rooted in science and evidence-based practice, with the goal of building confidence and life skills that carry students far beyond the classroom.
We believe growth happens through connection. That’s why we carefully match each student with a coach who fits their interests and learning style, creating a safe, reliable relationship where guidance is received rather than resisted. We also partner closely with parents, building a supportive whole-family approach so progress continues at home. Our coaches are trained in the REACH curriculum and supported with ongoing coaching of their own, so they can focus on what they do best: showing up for kids.
