Premium Properties was founded in 2002 and is a full-service property management and real estate investment company, specializing in property management, leasing, real estate brokerage, investments, and development of residential and commercial properties. We currently manage approximately 650 units, and over 60 buildings in the Berkeley/Oakland/Albany areas. Our properties are mostly high-end market-rate apartments, but we also have several office buildings. Our mission is to always provide premium service to our residents and tenants and take pride in our responsibility to give everyone a safe place to live and work. Each member of our staff plays an integral role in fulfilling this goal. Our office is located on Telegraph Avenue near Ashby, about a mile away from UC Berkeley and near BART and Bus lines.
