OST Liquor is a Black-owned spirits, wine, and beer retailer rooted in Houston’s Third Ward. We serve our community with more than just products—we deliver an experience that’s safe, educational, and culturally relevant. Our mission is to shift the retail liquor model from transactional to intentional, building a space where community and commerce can grow together. What sets us apart is our exclusive Double Cup Cocktail Program, a first-of-its-kind offering that lets customers walk away with pre-packaged, ready-to-pour cocktails—made with premium spirits and curated for taste and convenience. The program has not only driven high sales volume, but it’s also become a cultural staple that resonates with our core market and beyond. We highlight and elevate Black-owned brands, host monthly cocktail classes, and create community-driven experiences that foster loyalty and legacy.
