Ohana Community Services will provide the uppermost quality of care and the greatest level of independence possible for each individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities by creating an individualized plan that promotes optimal independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency, medication management, and community integration. In addition, Ohana Community Services will strive to enhance each individual’s health, improve their quality of life, and facilitate community inclusion by providing various services and activities. Ohana Community Services, Community Integrated Living Arrangement provides services designed to meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with intellectual or developmental disabilities, whose 18 years of age or older, that prevents/her from functioning independently. For example, individuals may be ambulatory, may need minimal or complete assistance in performing the activities of daily living, and may be independent or dependent on medication management.
