Nelson Property Management is a full-service residential property management company serving investors and homeowners across Metro Detroit. We manage more than 380 rental properties, mainly single-family homes, condos, and small multifamily, in communities like Warren, Sterling Heights, Roseville, Royal Oak, Ferndale, the Grosse Pointes, Clinton Township, and Birmingham. We handle the whole rental lifecycle for our owners: marketing vacancies, screening tenants, leasing, collecting rent, coordinating maintenance and repairs, doing inspections, and providing clear monthly financial reporting.
