MI VAPE Co. (operating as MI VAPE Co. x CHUCHU'S Smoke & Glass) is a growing family-owned brick-and-mortar retail business serving the Joliet area and surrounding communities. We specialize in high-quality vape products, e-liquids, devices, hardware, glass accessories, and related essentials, with a strong emphasis on helping customers make informed choices for their preferences—often as a step toward better alternatives like quitting traditional smoking.
What sets us apart is our commitment to exceptional, personalized customer service in a welcoming, community-focused environment. Our stores are designed as friendly spaces where customers feel valued, can explore premium selections, and build ongoing relationships with our knowledgeable team. We prioritize quality products, fair value, and a positive experience on every visit.
As we scale our operations across multiple locations in the Joliet region, we're building a high-performance team culture rooted in ownership, continuous improvement, and real career growth. We invest in our people by creating a clear ladder of success—where strong performers advance based on results, merit, and impact, not just time served.
We're serious about growth: implementing structured SOPs, rewarding performance, and fostering an environment where dedicated individuals can develop skills, take on more responsibility, and build a meaningful career right here in our local community.
