Mandala Community is a Wichita-based provider dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We provide Residential and Day Services designed to help the individuals we serve live meaningful, fulfilling lives while building independence, developing life skills, and staying connected to their community. Our approach is centered on the individual. We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, compassion, and choice. Our team works together to create safe, supportive environments where individuals can pursue personal goals, develop relationships, participate in activities they enjoy, and experience greater independence. At Mandala Community, our Direct Support Professionals are an essential part of our mission.
