Lendesca is building the first AI-native Loan Origination System (LOS) purpose-built for government-guaranteed lending, and we are building it for the use of our in-house team of small business lending experts. Our technology team is intentionally small and AI-leveraged, but hasn’t lost the focus of quality code, strong planning, and a desire to build quality for the long term. We’re hiring this role to push both quality and throughput further as the program evolves and the teams grow.
