Learning Strategy and Design LLC was founded by Jill Davidian, CEO and 20-year Instructional Design veteran. Our focus is to revolutionize the learning space through developing and cultivating a new generation of Instructional Designers that stand out from the crowd, create learning that inspires behavior change and ultimately increases the bottom line – both for our clients and the companies they go on to work for. Our flagship program is our 9-month career development program, Applied Instructional Design Academy, for career changers entering the field of Instructional Design.
