Helping 2 Overcome Systems (H2O), is a small, minority-owned behavioral health agency dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate the waves of life with compassion, dignity, and individualized support. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality behavioral health services and the opportunity to overcome challenges, build resilience, and reach their personal goals. H2O currently serves communities across Ohio, with locations in Columbus, Cleveland, and Toledo. Our team provides a wide range of behavioral health services designed to meet consumers where they are and support them throughout their journey. Our services include case management, group treatment, and individual therapy, along with other supportive behavioral health services tailored to the needs of the individuals and families we serve. At H2O, we strive to create a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment where consumers feel heard, valued, and equipped with the tools they need to move forward.
