Who We Are: We are a team of Tax & Accounting professionals looking to shake up the accounting industry. Firms have been operating under a dinosaur model for too long. Long hours, horrible management, unclear growth, are just a few of the myriad of issues plaguing our profession. We are looking to change that, while having some fun along the way. We put our people first and make sure that everything we do is aligned with our golden rule; No action taken, or decision made, should be at the benefit of one stakeholder while at the expense of another. Those stakeholders are our people, our clients and the firm as a whole. What We Do: Dark Horse CPAs provides integrated tax, accounting, and CFO services to small businesses and individuals across the U.S. The firm was founded to save small businesses (and their owners) from subpar accounting and tax services and subpar client experiences. These small businesses are Dark Horses among their larger and more well-known competition. Being a Dark Horse CPA means advocating for small businesses by bringing them the tax strategies and accounting insights previously reserved for big business.
