What started as a shared vision among friends over a decade ago has grown into a social service organization that has helped to empower and enrich the lives of hundreds of people with disabilities in Washtenaw County and the surrounding areas. Located in Ypsilanti MI, Continuum Help Foundation was formally established in 2018 as a grass roots effort to support Transitional aged youth and their families. Our services are designed to increase socialization and help maximize potential by providing post high school opportunities to help individuals integrate and thrive in existing business communities.
