As a Portfolio Operations Associate at Blueline, you will work side-by-side with CEOs, boards, and our partners to help run and scale newly acquired companies. You’ll take on real P&L responsibility early, gaining hands-on leadership experience that goes far beyond analysis or slides. Along the way, you’ll help improve businesses across industries while developing into a General Manager or CEO within five to seven years. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a team of real people who want to work with ambitious, collaborative, and entrepreneurial peers.
