• Guide customers through the process, making sure they feel heard and cared for.
• Explain our services in a way that makes people say, “Wow, that’s exactly what I need!”
• Create and send service agreements, follow up on inquiries, and ensure a smooth onboarding.

• Attend community events and networking meetups to spread the word about our family business.
