Purpose of the Role

The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is responsible for prospecting new sales leads, cultivating customer connections, and exceeding sales targets within the designated territory (Avondale / Chandler). If you are customer-focused, and agile with a proven experience in brand awareness, sales, door-to-door or direct; prospecting, cable or telecommunications services and/or related products and services then we want to hear from you.


Work Environment:

  • Field-based role requiring frequent outdoor activities.
  • Participate in marketing events promoting brand awareness

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Introduce and explain products or services offered by the company.
  • Engage in persuasive selling techniques to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Continuously educate oneself about the company’s products/services and industry trends.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable with outdoor sales activities and walking door-to-door.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a challenging sales environment.
