PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This Marketing Specialist role supports the development and education of the ZoomOnline brand. The individual will have proven experience in a marketing role, ensuring critical tasks and company initiatives are accomplished with high efficiency. Other responsibilities include helping with promotional activities, liaising with customers, managing brand and marketing initiatives, and Monitoring websites and social pages.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement marketing campaigns
  • Design and create marketing material
  • Organize market research
  • Execute and support marketing strategies
  • Assist with SEO
  • Budget tracking and reporting
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Assist with promotional activities
  • Giving presentations
  • Event management
  • Create reports on marketing performance
  • Monitor market trends
  • Collaborate with other departments to increase brand awareness and market penetration
  • Manage supplier/vendor engagements
  • Contribute to copywriting for marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and website content.
  • Help implement marketing automation processes to streamline workflows.
  • Support content marketing by creating and editing blog posts, articles, and other written materials.
  • Contribute to e-commerce initiatives by assisting with website updates and product listings.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three (3) years experience in a marketing or public relations role
  • Undergraduate degree or related work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of performance marketing principles and practices
  • Strong budgeting skills and ability to track expenses effectively
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and tools
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of digital content marketing strategies and best practices
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and their respective analytics tools
