Are you a motivated self-starter who enjoys meeting new people and working outside of the typical office setting? We're looking for a Outside Sales Representative to help grow our residential customer base through face-to-face, door-to-door interactions.

In this role, you'll canvas neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, and promote services that bring real value to their homes. While your main focus will be residential sales, there may also be opportunities to work with multi-dwelling units (MDUs). You’ll collaborate closely with your team leader and fellow reps, sharing strategies and celebrating wins as you work toward your goals.

This is a performance-based, commission-only role—perfect for someone who’s driven, goal-oriented, and enjoys being rewarded for their results. If you’re outgoing, enjoy the outdoors, and are ready to take control of your earnings, we’d love to meet you!

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• You’re 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (bonus points if your playlist is road-trip ready)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• You're not afraid to get your steps in—this role means lots of walking, bending, stair-climbing, and outdoor time
• You’ve done door-to-door sales before and you get the hustle
• You’ve worked in the telecom or ISP industry—so terms like “fiber” and “Mbps” don’t make you blink
• Passing a background check, MVR, and drug test is part of the deal
